I did say in my last post that the Cherry was bought for parts only. And a lot of good parts to be had.

I gave the Carb a ultrasonic bath treatment and a rebuild with nissan rebuild kit. The carb did have some old nasty looking fuel remains in the bottom of the float chamber.
Next task to modify the dizzy so that the 200SX (S14) ECU would be able to use signal and fire the correct plug

Every possible part removed for the shell and some metal work on rear arches and removal of the battery try (more on this later). the shell was then sprayed in primer then flattened and painted in color.
