I’m planing on using S14 management with nistune to control the engine meaning some adjustment/modifications had to be carried on on the FJ Manifold.

I had to fit a different throttle body with a suitable throttle position sensor, ACC and Idle control valves. Because i had a few spare inlet manifolds from a Primera GT (P11) i checked the usablity and found it only needed the plenum opening widened and a custom accelerator cable bracket.

Next i had to make an adapter for the ACC and idle control valves.

And Finally i sorted out wiring for injectors to plug into the 200sx (S14) wiring loom.


The plenum and turbo was fitted to engine block ready for the custom pipe work. Once the engine is running the base idle etc will be set same was you would on a S14/P11 etc.
