  • 1979 Datsun 160B Turbo

    My Nissan Silvia Turbo powered 1979 Datsun 160B. After a long restoration process it lived a short life. These are the only 2 pictures i have of it complete and on the road.
    We spent a great weekend at the Moffat classic car event staying at a local B+B. I drove the Datsun 200B and Nicky drove the 160BT. On the way back approximately a couple miles away from home we got separated by a set of traffic lights and i continued home. Just pulling into the street my mobile rang. Nicky was crying and really upset saying she had just crashed.

    Next task to modify the dizzy so that the 200SX (S14) ECU would be able to use signal and fire the correct plug
    .Here are the pictures of the FJ Dizzy that i have converted so that i can use it as a CAS and put out signal to a S14 ecu

    i’m using a Engine loom and ecu (23710-74F01) from a 1996 200sx (S14) But with the added benefit of having it fully programmable.

  • FFJ Shell refurb.

    Every possible part removed for the shell and some metal work on rear arches and removal of the battery try (more on this later). the shell was then sprayed in primer then flattened and painted in color.
