I have never done a full job like this before i figured what the hell, what could possibly go wrong. The origonal Boot of the 180B had a rubber mat in before i started (never took picture though).

I started by removing all thee crap and the origonal panel and mat. Clean down and hoovered the area.

Next i started shaping carpet around the inner arches and using spray glue on both sides allowing it to a little tacky then sticking the section into place and around the metal work. I also put carpet on the inner of the 1/4 sections using the same process.

Then moving on to the panel to cover which i recreated using 8mm mdf using the origonal one as template. this covers the fuel tank and also hold the battery box i created and covered in the same carpet.

Next was the actual floor carpet cutting it round the arches and keeping it flowing into the jack to tool storage areas.

I then fitted the battery and connected it all back up. Gave it a good hoover. All in all i think it turned out quite well.
